Leku-Ona offers connectors DIN2353 manufactured and treated with the new coating processes that offer high resistance to salt spray. Since 2010 we have developed a research process that was based on the use of treatment with 320 A3C resistance. This process evolved into A3B (CrVI-free) and then to ZnNi (720 hours). Currently, it has begun to implement a new treatment called ZnNi NEW which is giving us high performance corrosion arriving at 3000 hours

Quick disconnect couplings for Ultra High Pressure hydraulics. UHP (Ultra High Pressure) connectors are highly technological products engineered to function with elevated pressures (ranging from 1.000 to 5.000 bar) for applications where quick connections are essential to exclude the risks steaming from leakages related to traditional connection with threaded screwing systems. The most indicated fields of applications for these types of articles are: rescue tools, bolt tensioning, lifting jacks and water blasting. The connectors are produced with specific types of materials capable of withstanding very high pressures, corrosion and guarantee the safety of the equipment during utilization.
The production of each connector follows very strict criteria and each connector is tested during each stage of production. The final product is designed to satisfy the most demanding needs and as well as with any hi-tech product requires highly specialized skills.

Firesleeve is a fiberglass cover coated with red and fireproof silicone. The maximum operating temperature is 260 ºC and can withstand continuous temperature peaks of 1090 ºC for 20 minutes at 1650 °C for 30 seconds. The protectextil sheath is necessary to place to comply with the ISO 3457 standard and the EN12999 which is to say that any hoses carrying a fluid at greater than 50 bar (5000Kpa) pressure and a temperature above 60 ° C and is located at 1 meter of the machine operator in its normal working position, the shield must be placed to protect the operator in case of a leak.

LEKU-ONA, exclusive distributor of FASTER products in Spain, added to its catalog of components the new range of quick coupling systems FFH SERIES, replacing SERIES FFI. The new flat-face series FFH has notably higher performances than FFI couplings. They also exceed the performances requested by ISO 16028 regulations. Working pressure has been raised to 35MPa and the flow rates have been highly improved.
